Pet Policy
The Landsby Pet Policy This agreement applies to domesticated pets, including emotional support animals and service animals as defined by the ADA.
1. Please be sure to declare your pet(s) upon check-in.
2. A maximum of two dogs are permitted per pet-friendly room. The weight of a single dog may not exceed 50 lbs and the combined weight of two dogs may not exceed 80 lbs.
3. There is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay. Additional fees may apply in the event your pet causes any damage to the property. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are exempt from the $100 pet cleaning fee.
4. The Landsby reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any necessary cleaning or repair due to stains and/or damage, as determined in our sole discretion.
5. When in public spaces, please always keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier.
6. To help keep our hotel clean, please pick up after your pet and properly dispose of any litter or waste in trash cans.
7. Only service animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted in indoor dining spaces, but our Mad & Vin patio is pet-friendly.
8. For the safety of your pet, please do not leave them unattended in the guest room for any period of time. If you would like recommendations of pet-friendly restaurants, wineries, or shops, please don’t hesitate to ask our front desk staff – we’re happy to help!
9. If a pet is found left in the room alone, the pet may be removed by staff or animal services and you may be charged an additional $100 pet removal fee.
