Check-In:
Check-in is at 4 pm. While we cannot guarantee check-in prior to 4:00 PM, early arrivals are always subject to availability on the day of arrival. If your room is ready, we’ll be happy to check you in early. If not, we’re glad to pre-check you in so you can drop off your luggage, park on the property, and enjoy your day until 4:00 PM.
Check-Out:
Check-out is at 11 am.
Taxes and Fees:
In addition to your room rate, the following taxes and fees apply per night: 14% Occupancy Tax, $3 per night SYV Tourism Business Improvement Fee, and a 0.195% CA Tourism Assessment Fee.
Parking:
$20 per night, per car parking fee. Parking is located directly behind the hotel and can be conveniently accessed via Mission Drive or Copenhagen Drive.
Booking Guarantees / Cancellation / Authorization Fees:
Deposits may be required for packages and specific promotions. Cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM, 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund. If the room is canceled within 72 hours of arrival, one night’s room and tax will be charged. There will be a $50.00/day authorization upon check-in for all guests. If stay is longer than 7 days, the maximum authorization is $350.00.
Early Departures:
Guests who revise their reservations within the cancellation period or check out by 11 am prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged an early departure fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
Pet Policy:
We offer a limited number of designated pet-friendly rooms. Please contact us directly to discuss accommodations prior to your arrival. A $100 flat fee applies per reservation. Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in guestrooms for any period of time.
